Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current

4. Certificate Issuance and Usage

Our post-quantum certificates are issued subject to the following conditions:

You must provide accurate domain ownership verification
Certificates must be used only for their intended legitimate purpose
You must not use certificates for illegal activities or to impersonate others
You are responsible for proper installation and configuration of certificates
Certificate validity periods are as specified at time of purchase

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms for our services:

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated
Prices are subject to change with notice
Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 30 days of purchase
No refunds for services already rendered or certificates already issued
Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment providers

6. Certificate Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke certificates if:

You violate these Terms of Service
We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity
Domain ownership cannot be verified
Required by law or legal process
The certificate is being used for malicious purposes

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PQC NOW and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PQC NOW shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
Service interruptions or unavailability
Errors or inaccuracies in content
Unauthorized access to or use of our servers
